21 August - Some of us don't get any wiser
Up late for me 7.30 (I think he may be lying it was closer to 8), slightly hungover - seemed a good idea at the time. Blog written but problems downloading pictures, very slow Internet.
Banbury museum was worth the visit. http://www.banburymuseum.org
We went shopping at M&S for a change as they are in the mall opposite our moorings. That done a short walk along tow path to the local museum and we spent an hour looking at Banbury's history.
On to the boat and off up the canal past farms and country side, very pretty canal. We stopped at Cropredy village and unloaded rubbish and took on water and moored just below the next lock.
I even managed to do a lock today

An expedition to the Red Lion to see if they have wifi and will sort out blog maybe. No TV reception, They do have wifi so blogs are being done, though I am now on my 3rd pint, Pete is not drinking again.
